4. Decide on finishing materials. We use high-quality materials, which allows for making wear-resistant coating with increased comfort for walking on the floor barefoot. A cozy pile carpet or soft cold vinyl – we will do everything upon your request.
5. Determine the purpose of each zone, plan power supply points, and discuss the location of lighting fixtures. The development of the project and plan includes detailed instructions on all the nuances and options for comfortable living and working in custom-built cabins.
6. Entrance arrangement according to your wishes. We allow clients to choose the type of door – sliding or opening, with glazing, or in the form of a solid leaf.
7. The natural lighting of the house. We recommend indicating the number of windows, overall dimensions, and location, depending on the layout according to the individual plan.

We offer to make your custom kitchen or bathroom. Tell our specialist about what the usable space should be like – what furniture, appliances, and decoration are planned in this room. A client chooses tiles for flooring or wall decoration at his discretion so that our custom cabin builders can create a unique kitchen or bathroom design.

Modular house:

Clients are allowed to choose the equipment of their future place of residence. It’s possible to adjust the number of power points, windows, and layout options. Clients can choose between vinyl floor or carpet, standard security door or slider. Consultations with designers allow you to make a layout that will satisfy the demanded number of lounges, bedrooms, and workrooms.
